Caroline Alexander is a senior consultant at TIP Strategies, an economic development consulting firm. She has led various projects across the country for TIP that include economic development strategic plans, talent strategies, and target industry analyses. She specializes in research and analysis, including workforce analysis, GIS, and benchmarking.
Prior to joining TIP, Caroline worked with MGT of America, Inc., a public sector consulting firm. Other experience includes small business development, as well as corporate and public finance with Credit Suisse First Boston in New York and ACCION Texas.
Caroline holds a master’s in public administration from the LBJ School of Public Affairs at the University of Texas at Austin, and a bachelor’s in economics with an international studies concentration from Davidson College in North Carolina.
