Carla Hickman manages strategic research for college and university administrators across the two- and four-year sectors in her role as managing director at EAB. Her research identifies replicable practices to advance student success and support the strategic needs of continuing, online, and professional education leaders in the areas of marketing, employer-driven market research, and best-in-class student services for contemporary learners and working professionals. Carla’s education background spans K-12 and postsecondary, and she brings her classroom experience and management education to bear on the work she does for her higher education clients.
