Registration

Registration Fee:

  1. Received by April 18th, 2011: $425
  2. Received by July 30th, 2011: $450
  3. Received after July 30th, 2011: $475

Registration includes: all meetings (including Thursday pre-conference session), Thursday evening hors d’oeuvres welcome reception, Friday and Saturday breakfast and lunch, Friday evening 2 hour dinner cruise

Golf Tournament on Thursday, September 29 will cost an additional $130 per person.

Registration Policy

  • Registrations will not be accepted over the telephone. Written confirmation of your registration will be emailed or mailed to you, beginning in July. If you do not receive a written confirmation, please contact Penny Rench (e-mail: prench@economicmodeling.com or (208) 883-3500)
  • Any changes to your registration must be in writing. You may e-mail or fax your changes to Penny Rench (e-mail: prench@economicmodeling.com / fax: (208) 882-3317).
  • For speedier on-site processing, payment must be received by 5pm PST September 16, 2011. No one may pick up registration materials without payment. If your payment will not reach the EMSI office by September 16, you may bring your check payment with you.

Payment Policy

  • Payment for all registrations must be made in full prior to the conference.
  • Registrants will be required to resolve any unpaid balances by check at the conference.

Cancellation, Refund and No-Show Policy

  • Substitutions will be accepted at any time.
  • All registered attendees cancelling their registration, will be charged a $95 processing fee, regardless of when the cancellation notice was received.
  • Cancellations by phone are not accepted.
  • Cancellations must be received in writing by mail, fax or email to Penny Rench, (208) 882-3317 or prench@economicmodeling.com.
  • There will be no refunds or credits for cancellations received after 5pm PST September 9, 2011.
  • A registered attendee who does not submit a written cancellation or attend the conference is considered a No-Show and is not eligible for a refund or credit.
  • A registered attendee who does not submit a written cancellation or attend the conference, is still liable for any outstanding balances.
